We may be able to solve your problem over the phone, or we will make you an appointment for advice at your local branch or outreach.
You can just turn up at for a drop-in advice appointment on any issue at most of our branches across Leicestershire.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no drop-in advice service in Leicester city branch. If you live in Leicester, please call the Adviceline.
A drop-in service is available at Leicester City for people in an emergency: eviction, court action, homelessness, no food, being cut off or abuse.
We also give advice at outreach venues for people who cannot travel to a branch. Outreach appointments are by appointment only. Select your local branch from the menu to find out about outreach venues.
